The STLTO Shoe Contest Rules and Regulations
Contest begins on April 20, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on June 30, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Period"). Prize can be claimed up and until December 31st, 2012 at 11:59p.m. ET.
Contest is open to all legal residents of Ontario who have reached and are legally able to purchase beverage alcohol only at the time of entry, except for directors, officers, employees of STLTO Wine and Feudi San Pio Inc. (the "Sponsor"), the independent judging organization, their agents or representatives, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, its commissions and Agencies, or any distributor or company involved in the supply of the Prize or any phase of contest administration and persons with whom they are domiciled, whether related or not.
How to Enter:
PURCHASE NECESSARY. To win, purchase a bottle of STLTO Malbec Merlot and/or STLTO Unoaked Chardonnay, twist the cap off of the wine, and look for WIN underneath the cap. If you win, please email info@stltowine.com with your (i) full name, complete mailing address (including postal code), valid email address, telephone number and age, providing your answer to the mathematical skill-testing question; and (ii) agree to the terms and condition of these Official Rules and Regulations (the "Rules"). Once you have fully completed these sections, we must verify the winning cap and will ask that you, the winner, mail in the winning cap in addition to any other documentation deemed necessary from time to time.
Upon receipt of Prize, the winner agrees and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor the independent judging organization, their respective directors, officers, employees and their agents or representatives, from damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize.
There will be (3) Grand Prizes to be won consisting of (1) pair of Christian Louboutin Classic Black Pumps. Approximate retail value is MAX $795 (CND). Winner is solely responsible for transportation to the store and any other expenses that may be incurred in utilizing the Grand Prize. Entrants must have correctly answered the following mathematical skill- testing question:

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. If unavailable for reasons beyond its control, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Participants agree to abide by the contest rules. The Contest Sponsor, and its affiliates are not responsible for printing, distribution, or production errors. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate this contest (and/or amend these contest rules) at any time at its sole discretion.
This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
The decision of the appointed representative is final on all matters regarding the Contest. The qualifying winner(s) will be notified by email within 10 days of the final contest date. Please allow at least 4-5 weeks for delivery of prize to winner(s). The winner(s) (must be of the legal drinking age to purchase liquor products in the province of Ontario). No further correspondence regarding the prize will be issued once the winner(s) has received their prize.
Provincial Liquor Agencies including the L.C.B.O., are not connected with this Contest in any manner whatsoever and are not liable in any way with regards to any matter which relates to this Under The Cap Contest.
By entering this contest you consent to Sponsor, their promotional agencies and contest judges storing and using the personal information you submitted with your entry only for the purpose of administering this contest, in accordance with our privacy policy located at www.stltowine.com, unless you otherwise agree.
All entries shall become the property of the Sponsor. By accepting the prize, the winner(s) consents to the use of his or her name without compensation, to be used for promotional purposes by Sponsor at any time.
